To Whom & How the Organization is Accountable
The organization is strongly maintaining forum stair accountability. All Program/Project Heads are accountable to the Executive Director; the Executive Director is accountable to the President & Executive Committee, which consists of 09 members. Executive Committee is accountable to the General Committee of the organization and this committee consists of 31 members. However, for transparency in the governance system this organization also has a provision to be accountable to all of its stakeholders.

Background
ADITI is the name of an endeavor that tries to manifest classic form in its every footstep that has been going on from the genesis of the human civilization. ADITI signifies as upholder – upholder of macro and micro level advancement of culture, history, tradition, life-style and socialization process to contribute transforming human resources into stainless individual, family, race, society and the state all together.
ADITI is a folk culture and humanitarian development organization. The aim of the organization is to associate and mobilize mass poor people for their capacity building and rights secure through achieving the tools needed for attaining socio-economic enhancement.
As a development organization, ADITI bears an unfathomable conviction in mind that – people will be conscious of their rights revealing their introspection and potential qualities.
Apart from the above, folklore can play an important role to reconstruct the society through disseminating messages of local issue based information, and dislodge prejudices. Hence, ADITI started its journey by presenting workshop on ‘Pot Song for development’ and workshop on street drama and cultural performance for development.
The staffs of ADITI are actually from different spheres of development initiatives including theatre or folk culture. So, beyond consciousness raising through issue based leadership and management capacity development, awareness campaign, training, workshop, street drama, folk song, ADITI stands out as an organization to ensure socio-economic and cultural development and to investigate into the potentials of the folk medium in every respect.

ADITI gives priority to people’s participation in all development process and makes the people self-reliant as to capacitate them to transform their lives and community through individual and collective endeavors.
Eco-sensitive and perspicacious community in folk culture – deepening their understanding of moral value will participate in community management of health services, rights protection, environment resources through eco-specific land use pattern discouraging ecologically inconsistent habitation and life pattern, sustainable resource utilization and strengthening indigenous knowledge base.
ADITI will act as a catalytic agent in process of transformation for empowerment, livelihood adaptation, health education, environment uphold, poverty reduction, patronizing education and above all potential human resource development through-
- making the target participants aware of their problems, providing them organization tool to forging unity, increasing their capacity to secure lost moral value, civic and human rights and movement for social justice
